  • PAYMENT

  • payment up-front setelah form aman dan di konfirmasi oleh neeki! neeki hanya menerima payment QRIS ONLY! bukti payment wajib di screenshot dan diberikan neeki! :>

  • PENGISIAN FORM

  • wajib mengisi data lengkap pada form tersebut, mencantumkan nama UTAMA render atau foto jpg UTAMA tersebut.

  • dilarang mengganti jpg UTAMA atau render UTAMA setelah neeki konfirmasi form tersebut!

  • kesalahan dari customer saat mengisi form, bukan tanggung jawab dari seller!

  • bila ada yang ingin ditanyain mengenai form tersebut, bisa contact ke @neehki on X secara langsung yaaa! <3

  • KRITERIA FOTO/RENDER

  • tidak berbentuk foto FANART, MMD, MANHWA/HUA, VTUBER, UMAMUSUME dan ARTLEAKS.

  • ART COMMISSION BOLEH DIGUNAKAN JIKA: artist art tersebut memang diperbolehkan for CU (commercial use) atau SUDAH DIBERI IZIN untuk dijadikan layout!

  • untuk foto berupa JPG dari neeki akan dikenakan fee +2k/pict dan render dari neeki akan dikenakan fee +4k/render

  • BERIKUT ADALAH KETERANGAN UNTUK MAIN PICTURE JPG DAN RENDER YANG DIGUNAKAN DALAM KATALOG!

  • untuk foto akan menyesuaikan tergantung gelapnya foto tersebut, jika memang diperlukan filtering maka neehki otomatis filter foto tersebut. jika customer keberatan, maka tolong berikan additional notes melalui form dengan ‘pict unfiltered kak!’

  • REVISION

  • neeki hanya menerima minor revisi sebanyak 2x! jika revisi sudah melebihi batas maximal, akan dikenakan fee sebanyak 3k/revisi minor.

  • neeki TIDAK MENERIMA revisi major dalam bentuk: mengubah color palette UTAMA, mengganti foto JPG/RENDER, menambah atau mengganti element + materials dalam layout!

  • COPAL

  • COLOR PALETTE sangat tidak disarankan dari cust untuk mengisi hex code dengan warna: terlalu terang ataupun terlalu gelap (TIDAK DISARANKAN)

  • BERIKUT ADALAH CONTOH COPAL YANG SANGAT DISARANKAN!

  • OTHERS

  • menerima orderan inrush, tanyakan terlebih dahulu untuk availablity list slot inrushnya ya!

  • ★ untuk 2 dan 5 JAM INRUSH, jika pengerjaan layout selesai sebelum jam inrush, maka akan dikirim sesuai selesai pengerjaan editing.

  • ★ pengerjaan paling cepat 15-30 menit atau 1 jam, jika tidak ada kesibukan. jika ada kesibukan maka neeki akan tetap mengirim sesuai jam inrush yang dipesan ya :]

  • harap tanyakan lebih dahulu untuk jam inrushnya, karna neeki tidak selalu avail di jam jam tertentu :<

  • mengenai custom design, neeki dengan berat hati belum menerima untuk orderan custom, mungkin dilain waktu jika neeki sudah merasa menyanggupi, neeki akan open custom jika sudah memungkin kan <3.

  • semua result akan dimasukan kedalam padlet, tanpa username. (preview berbentuk anonymous)

  • LOYALTY CARD, hanya akan diberikan saat neeki officially OPEN BY REQUEST DAN OPEN TITIP! LOYALTY CARD DIHITUNG PERBATCH TIDAK SETIAP PEMBELIAN.

  • STRICTLY NO HNR akan diblacklist and NO REFUND KECUALI ADA KESALAHAN DARI NEEKI SENDIRI!

  • remake, copying, resell, heavy reference are prohibited dan akan ada denda sebesar 500k per template!
